- Simple things, like the smell of laundry detergent, make me happy. I love grilled cheese sandwiches. I love listening to my music at top volume, because it's drowns out the world, it's like finding oblivion. I would take pouring rain over the sun any day. I don't recall my natural hair color. Garden gnomes are pretty much the greatest things since color television. John Tesh and Delilah are the greatest radio personalities ever to grace the air waves. I have a difficult time falling asleep without the radio, and it's catastrophe when I don't have it because I'll just lie awake thinking about things that make me sad. My stand on excessive hair dying, multiple piercings and tattoos: Yes my ears will sag, my hair might fall out, and my skin will wrinkle and fade, but think of all the memories and stories I can tell my children and my children's children. Why not do these things while I'm young and stupid?
